A well-established and highly regarded law firm in Llanelli is seeking an experienced Wills & Probate Paralegal, Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its busy Private Client team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly and supportive practice with a strong reputation for providing high-quality legal services across West Wales.
The successful candidate will support fee earners on a varied caseload of private client matters including wills, probate, estate administration, and lasting powers of attorney.
Key Responsibilities
1. Experience advising clients and preparing Wills
2. Assisting with the administration of estates from initial instruction through to completion
3. Drafting wills, LPAs, and probate documentation
4. Preparing applications for Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration
