We're looking for a motivated, technically strong IT professional who can deliver robust support, spearhead infrastructure improvements, and mentor junior colleagues.
?? What You'll Be Doing
As a key member of the IT team, you'll provide expert-level support and lead infrastructure upgrades, ensuring systems are reliable, secure, and future-ready.
Deliver 3rd line support across different locations Lead IT infrastructure projects - servers, networking, Office365 migrations Manage Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Azure) Support and enhance networking infrastructure (VPNs, VLANs, Meraki) Monitor system performance and ensure optimal uptime Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors Document solutions and improve infrastructure processes Mentor 1st/2nd line support staff
??What You Bring
5+ years in a 3rd line or senior infrastructure support role Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and best practices* Proven ability to manage and support complex technical environments
Preferred Technical Skills:
Windows Server (2012-2025) Microsoft 365 administration (SharePoint, Exchange Online, Azure) Active Directory & Azure AD Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, VLANs) Cisco Meraki (switching, firewalls, wireless) Hyper-V virtualisation* Windows desktop support
Soft Skills:
Analytical mindset with strong troubleshooting ability High attention to detail Confident communicator and team collaborator Able to manage tasks independently and drive improvements
