Your new role
As the Planning and Land Manager, you’ll:
1. Lead planning and land rights strategies for major infrastructure projects.
2. Provide expert advice on Development Consent Orders (DCO), Town & Country Planning, andpulsory Purchase (CPO).
3. Manage external consultants and ensure value for money.
4. Engage with stakeholders, landowners, and local authorities.
5. Support regulatory submissions and risk mitigation.
6. Contribute to biodiversity net gain (BNG) strategies.
What you'll need to succeed
7. Chartered membership of RICS and/or RTPI.
8. Experience in land rights or planning for major infrastructure.
9. Strong knowledge of DCO, CPO, and statutory powers.
10. Excellent negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.
11. Ability to manage shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
