Assistant Bar Manager

Position Scope
Responsible for all activities that affect the service of food & beverage products. To manage the bar in the absence of the Bars Manager by providing leadership, overall supervision and control in order to provide a high degree of guest satisfaction while operating the established standards and the established budget for revenue, costs and other goals.
Candidate Specification
* Knowledge of all Bars Standards, quality presentation, service and products and local health and sanitation standards.
* Knowledge of Beverage drinks
* Displays proper and safe use of all equipment
* Eligibility to live and work in the UK
* Ability to communicate freely in the local language
* Open and friendly with a desire to deliver exceptional guest experiences
* Good attention to detail and accuracy
* A team player, contributing positively to team performance
* Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload
* Ability to assess and meet the needs of the guest
* Previous, similar experience in 4 – 5 Star environment is required
