Are you an experienced School Administrator with a strong background in education?
Horizon Teachers are working alongside a Primary School based in Wandsworth that are requiring an Administrator to join their office team. This role is starting after October half-term, on a full-time long-term basis until the end of the academic year.
As the first point of contact for our school, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office. If you have a proven track record in school administration, with experience using SIMS or Integris we want to hear from you.
School Administrator duties -
* Front Desk Duties: Greeting visitors, parents, and students, and providing them with necessary information and assistance.
* Administrative Support: Assisting with data entry, filing, and maintaining student records.
* Communication: Handling phone calls and emails, ensuring effective communication within the school community.
* General office tasks.
* Ad-Hoc Tasks: Supporting staff and students as needed during busy periods.
Key Requirements -
* Previous experience in school administration.
* Previous experience with MIS systems /SIMS is essential.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
