At Lookers Jaguar Landrover Bishop Stortford, we have a fantastic opportunity for a warm, empathetic, and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Showroom Host/Receptionist. As a Showroom Host, you will be our customers' first point of contact and play a crucial role in providing Lookers with a world-class experience.

Our reception team, or as we sometimes call them, Showroom Hosts, are passionate about delivering first-class customer experiences, letting their warm, friendly personalities shine through during each interaction. * Being the first point of contact for our customers
* Ensuring the dealership is kept tidy and well-presented at all times and that customers are taken care of
* Contributing to a happy, positive working and team environment
* Assisting with general administrative duties in the dealership with accuracy and attention to detail
* Customer-facing role with requirements to work over the phone and via email
* Always maintain the highest levels of professionalism
