Job Overview
Provide a high‑quality retail service within a high secure hospital setting, supporting the rehabilitation of patients and maintaining efficient store operation.
Key Responsibilities
* Order, check, price and display goods.
* Assist in the sale of goods to patients and support patient rehabilitation.
* Perform daily cashing up and weekly reconciliation of money.
* Maintain stock levels and ensure services meet customer requirements.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Experience of working in a Retail Environment.
* Experience of working within a healthcare environment.
* Basic Knowledge of Health and Safety.
* Understanding of a small number of routine work procedures developed through on the job training / experience.
* Knowledge of NHS policy & procedures.
* Knowledge of Food Safety.
* Good Communication Skills.
* Basic Numeracy and Literacy Skills.

* This post does not meet the pay level required for a Skilled Worker visa.
