* Supporting pupils with a range of SEND needs, including autism, communication differences and sensory needs
* Helping pupils settle into routines and access learning at a pace that suits them
* Assisting teachers with simple tasks, adapted activities and small-group work
* Learning how to use visual aids, behaviour strategies and supportive communication techniques
* Building trusting relationships through patience, encouragement and consistency
* Developing practical skills that lead to long-term TA roles or further training

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
