This is the perfect opportunity for someone who thrives in a lively, design-led environment and enjoys being at the centre of the action.
✨ What You'll Be Doing
As the face of the office, you'll play a key role in keeping things running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
Welcoming clients, visitors, and team members with warmth and professionalism
Managing incoming calls and emails
Coordinating meeting rooms and supporting the team with general admin
Handling post, deliveries, and reception upkeep
Providing ad-hoc support to the operations and creative teamsNo two days are the same - you'll be part of a collaborative culture were creativity and ideas flow freely.

A friendly, confident communicator
Strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset
Previous receptionist or front-of-house experience (bonus but not essential)
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, creative environment
Someone adaptable, positive, and ready to jump in where needed
