HR Advisor
Part-time (25 hours) | Office-based with travel across local sites
Salary: FTE Salary: £31,791 per annum
£21,480.41 per annum, for 25 hours per week

What you’ll be doing
* Providing practical HR advice to managers, using up-to-date UK employment law
* Leading on a range of employee relations cases (attendance, performance, disciplinary, grievance)
* Supporting managers through formal meetings and coaching them to strengthen their people skills
* Managing key parts of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and HR system updates
* Analysing HR data and producing meaningful reports
* Getting involved in HR projects, organisational change and development initiatives
* Supporting recruitment checks and onboarding through an ATS
What we’re looking for
* Experience working in an HR environment
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Confident handling ER cases independently
* Highly organised with great attention to detail
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office and HR systems
Desirable but not essential
* Experience with HRIS or ATS
* HR-related qualifications
