The are seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager to join their dynamic team and embark on a rewarding journey where you'll have the chance to work with a diverse range of tasks and responsibilities.
As a key member of their team, you'll have the opportunity to roll up your sleeves and get hands-on experience as well as be entrusted with crucial responsibilities. From ensuring compliance with regulations and health and safety standards to managing finances and maintaining records, being at the forefront of maintaining an efficient and well-run facility. Alongside administrative and managerial responsibilities, you'll also be involved in tasks such as conducting EML tests, fire bell tests, metering, and tendering projects. Requirements for the role of Assistant Facilities Manager:
* Prior experience in Facilities Management
* Experience in customer facing role
* Good organisational skills: self-motivated and have the ability to work unsupervised within company procedures and with guidance from the Facilities / Centre Managers.
* Good communication skills with proven ability to work in a customer-facing role
