We are offering an exciting opportunity to join our Inclusion Team, as an Inclusion teaching assistant. The role will involve supporting pupils in our Special Resource Provision (SRP) who have a diagnosis of Autism and supporting the development, social and emotional and behavioural needs of pupils across the school to improve access to learning.
The successful candidate will join us within our brand new, purpose built SRP environment and on our journey to become a Thrive School, working with our existing Thrive practitioners to support the needs of individuals and groups of children across the school.

Responsibilities
* Support pupils in the Special Resource Provision (SRP) who have a diagnosis of Autism.
* Support the development of social, emotional and behavioural needs of pupils across the school to improve access to learning.
* Work within the SRP environment and with Thrive practitioners to support individual and group needs.
Details
* Term time only contract — Monday to Friday 8.30am–3.30pm.
* The role includes a 30-minute lunch duty each day.
* Payscale: Kent Range B.
* Permanent post.
