Provide support to the project management team through the provision of an efficient and effective planning, scheduling and project performance reporting function.\n\n Remuneration & Benefits Up to £75,000 (Neg.), Car Allowance, Enhanced Pension, Healthcare\n\n Your duties and responsibilities will be:\nAbility to develop detail within an existing programme and can coach others\nAbility of update and monitor progress within the working programme and can coach others\nAbility of introducing change into a programme.\nAbility to resource and cost load programmes.\nHave an understanding of the introduction & evaluation of risk in programmes\nUsing appropriate methods to check programme robustness.\nAbility to provide routine and one-off programme outputs.\nAssimilate and interpret information from tender documentation.\nContribute to bid winning strategy\nDevelop programme structure and content independently working with bid team.\nEnsure communication & transfer of knowledge post award.\nContribute to tender written submission.\nAny other duties consistent with your status and seniority, as necessary to meet the needs of the Business of the Company.\nDevelop & maintain effective working relationships\nGather and monitor information for both progress and feedback and can coach others\nAbility to produce and communicate programme information in a variety of formsYou will have the following qualifications & experience:\nDemonstrable, broad understanding and working knowledge of construction methods and outputs.\nProven understanding of commercial and contractual requirements and awareness of change\nProven skills in planning software, principally P6, and can coach others.\nThorough experience and understanding of programming techniques.\nGive advice and support on short term programmes to construction teams.\nUnderstand how to make an analytical assessment of programmes.\nAbility to evaluate supply chain programmes.\nUnderstand and comply with business processes and systems.\nAbility to work to defined timescales.\nEstablish and maintain Internal and External Project Controls reporting.It’s great if you also have the following:\nTier 1 main contractor experience\nTunnelling experience / Heavy civilsGet in touch now If your skills and experience align with this, then apply now or contact Jordan Tipping via LinkedIn.\n\nMillbank Holdings Ltd is an equal opportunities employer and respects diversity.
