This role exists to ensure the smooth and proactive delivery of FM services across Network Rail sites. It supports workplace excellence by acting as the key liaison between FM teams, service partners, and Network Rail colleagues, ensuring all needs are met with professionalism and care.
Responsibilities
The Lead FM Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the delivery of facilities management services across multiple Network Rail sites, ensuring high standards of customer service and operational efficiency. This includes coordinating service teams, managing meeting spaces, maintaining communal areas, supporting compliance and health & safety documentation, and acting as the primary point of contact for FM-related queries. The role also involves liaising with stakeholders, conducting audits, and ensuring all service requests are resolved promptly and effectively.
Requirements
* Proven experience in facilities management within multi-occupancy or large-scale environments, including customer service and integrated FM service delivery.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
* IOSH Managing Safely certification with knowledge of QHSE procedures and relevant legislation. (Desirable)
* Computer literacy and familiarity with CAFM systems, helpdesk workflows, and compliance documentation. (Desirable)
* Valid UK driving licence and flexibility to travel between sites, with a proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
