Responsibilities:
* Drive sales growth and identify new business opportunities
* Build and develop relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and key stakeholders
* Deliver engaging product demonstrations and training sessions
* Provide support in theatre, ensuring confidence and effective product use
* Support and lead product launches across your region
* Collaborate with marketing to execute local strategies
* Deliver exceptional customer service to grow and retain accounts
Experience:
* Surgical orthopaedic sales experience
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Commercial mindset with a drive to achieve results
* Full valid driving licence
* Eligibility documentation to work in the UK
