What does the role involve?
We're looking for a Customer Experience Executive to join our growing team, reporting to the Customer & Business Support Manager who can:
* Manage all in-life customer service activities, including early terminations, refunds, credit balances, reschedules, and unwinds.
* Handling customer and supplier queries with professionalism — via telephone and written correspondence.
* Providing in-life support for all Mitsubishi HC Capital products, including invoicing and maintenance payments for vendor partners.
* Assisting the team with managing and resolving customer complaints.
What are we looking for?
* A self-motivated team player with exceptional attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills, effective problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.
* Ability to follow defined procedures while also working independently and using your initiative.
* Confidence in challenging situations and a proactive attitude.
* Background in asset finance is a plus, but full training will be provided.
* Knowledge of Dutch or Finnish (or another European language) is desirable.
