Commis Chef Position
Nestled in the historic heart of Pembrokeshire, set against the stunning backdrop of South Beach, we are seeking a passionate Commis Chef to join our team. You will be part of a supportive, tight-knit team dedicated to delivering quality service and food to our guests.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Kitchen Assistant, Commis Chef, or Production Chef, and will be committed to quality. Responsibilities include catering for dinner covers, preparing buffet breakfast and lunches for conferences, and participating in menu reviews to enhance guest experience.
Responsibilities
* Prepare and present high-quality dishes while maintaining food safety and hygiene standards.
* Work closely with the Assistant Manager and Food & Beverage team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
Requirements
* Experience in a hotel, restaurant, or similar environment as a Kitchen Assistant, Commis Chef, or Chef.
* Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen best practices (HACCP certification preferred).
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong teamwork and communication skills.
* Operational experience; banqueting experience is advantageous.
