* Welcome the guests and provides support and leadership to all Reception Team Members.
* Contribute to guest’s satisfaction by providing high quality services with a warm and friendly approach.
* Ensure department policies and procedures are well understood by all employees and observed in tasks performed. Lead and supervise the day-to-day operation of the department to ensure service standards are followed with friendly and engaging service
* Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests
* Ensure employees are informed daily about priorities to personalize service
Qualifications
Work Experience
* Service focused personality is essential
* Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an asset
* Prior experience working with FOLS/ OPERA or a related system at ACCOR / Hospitality.
* Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example.
* Assist in conducting the training for all Front Office Team Members.
* Assist in recruitment, performance review and PDP for the team.
