A highly regarded nursing home in the Liverpool area is seeking an experienced and inspirational Nursing Home Manager to lead an established team and continue delivering outstanding, person-centred care. About the Nursing Home Manager role and what's on offer:
Permanent, full-time contract
Salary circa £70,000 per annum

What we're looking for in a Nursing Home Manager:
Proven experience as a Home Manager within a regulated nursing care setting
NMC Registered Nurse (essential)
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, and quality governance
A track record of achieving and maintaining high inspection outcomes
Excellent leadership, communication, and people-management skills
Commercially astute, with experience managing budgets, audits, and performance
Passionate about delivering high-quality, personalised care
Confident, compassionate, and proactive in leading a high-performing team
