We have an exciting opportunity for a People & Culture Manager to join the team at De Vere Grand Connaught Rooms in Covent Garden, London.
The role offers a salary of £47,500 per annum plus the opportunity to earn 10% of salary based on business and personal performance. You will also have the opportunity to work as part of De Vere's wider People & Culture team, with regular team meetings to share best practice and learning opportunities.
As the People & Culture Manager you will work as part of the property's management team to drive employee engagement activities and foster a positive workplace culture. With the support of a People & Culture Coordinator, you will work with the General Manager and senior team to review and deliver the People business plan which supports De Vere's Group HR strategy. Key to this role is supporting our colleagues, recruitment activities, and coaching Heads of Department to optimize their teams through effective people practices.
Your Skills And Experience
* You have previous HR experience, ideally from an events venue, hotel, or hospitality environment.
* Experience delivering group training sessions and inductions.
* Confidence in influencing senior colleagues and a passion for communicating best HR practice.
* You have a bright and warm personality, with an intuitive and adaptable approach.
