The Role
* Property Litigation Senior Associate

* Acting for central government bodies, local authorities, registered housing providers, lenders, NHS bodies, universities, developers and management companies
* Handling a full range of contentious property matters
* Representing clients in courts and tribunals up to Court of Appeal level
* Involvement in leading and precedent‑setting cases
* Advising on Building Safety Act 2022 issues and residential leasehold management matters
* Exposure to high‑profile national and cross‑regional work
* Working as part of a collaborative national team across Birmingham, Bristol and Leeds
* Opportunity to play an active role in business development and team growth
The Candidate
* 5+ years' PQE in property litigation
* Strong technical expertise and relevant contentious property experience
* Confident handling complex litigation and advisory matters
* Excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills
* Commercial, pragmatic and solutions‑focused
* Comfortable working directly with clients and managing relationships
* Keen to supervise, support and develop junior lawyers
* Organised, proactive and able to manage a varied caseload
* Interested in business development and growing a practice
* Collaborative team player who aligns with the firm's values
