You will work within a large team of other employee relations specialists and be able to access support from experts across the HR department. You will play a key role in building the capacity of line managers to resolve attendance management issues effectively and professionally within a busy environment. The post will involve providing advice and guidance to Corporate Departments, Schools and external customers on Attendance Management and Wellbeing matters, which includes advising managers on supporting staff during their absence, providing guidance on their attendance management policy and attending meetings as appropriate in accordance with the policy.
We are looking for candidates who:
* Can work collaboratively as part of a fast-paced team and manage a high-volume workload effectively while maintaining attention to detail,
* Are highly organised and able to juggle constantly changing priorities with resilience and professionalism,
* Are able to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of HR & OD disciplines,
* Have strong communication skills and the confidence to engage in challenging conversations,
* Build positive relationships with customers and stakeholders through clear and concise communication.
