Experienced Technical Safety Engineers with hands-on capability in:
Consequence modelling (PHAST / FLARESIM ; CFD advantageous)
QRA, fire and explosion risk assessment
Fire water systems understanding
Safety studies such as TRM, HAZID, Bowtie, ALARP
Barrier diagram development and Safety Case work
Experience liaising with regulators and working to UK O&G legislationKey Responsibilities:
Lead safety studies (TRM, HAZID, Bowtie, ALARP)
Develop Bowties and conduct consequence modelling
Perform QRA, Event/Fault Tree modelling, and Hazardous Area Classification
Deliver Safety Case updates and 5-year Thorough Reviews
Manage technical safety studies with external contractors (EERA, PEA, OBRA, etc.)
Provide safety input into MOC
