Fram Search is working with a growing, directly authorised Financial Planning firm in Northwest Dorset that delivers tailored advice to professionals, business owners and families. As the firm continues to expand, they are looking to appoint a Financial Planning Support professional with genuine scope to develop further within the wealth management space. This opportunity is ideal for someone currently working in IFA Administration or a financial services support role who is keen to progress towards paraplanning and deepen their technical knowledge. The firm is open to candidates who are part-qualified or working towards Level 4, and who are motivated to build a long-term career in financial planning. The role offers strong client exposure and hands-on involvement in the advice process. You’ll support advisers with meeting preparation, assist with suitability documentation, help maintain accurate client records, and play a part in implementing financial strategies. There will also be exposure to cashflow modelling and financial planning systems, making this an excellent platform for someone looking to build technical capability. You will gradually take on more responsibility as your knowledge and confidence grow, within a supportive and collaborative team environment.
