Responsibilities:
* Daily project management activities throughout the project life cycle.
* Define and manage the project governance (controls)
* Plan the overall project and monitor the progress
* Manage the project schedule
* Manage the project budget
* Manage the risks and issues of the project and work with the teams to take corrective measurements
* Control all project interdependencies
* Maximize utilization of project resources across all workstreams, assisting with the selection and appointment of new project team members
* Manage all stakeholder communication
* Manage project documentation according to Graphic Packaging International policies and procedures
* Interact with the technical teams to understand critical milestones, deliveries, and releases
Requirements and skills:
* A bachelor's degree of science in information technology with proven experience in Project Management tools and techniques
* 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager and additional years in other functional roles
* Strong and proven practical experience in project management, which was gained through managing large and complex projects
* Good knowledge of project and program management methodology and techniques
* Experience with managing agile projects
* Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Project
* Experience in managing and implementing successful projects
* Ability to work positively with a wide range of individuals involved in project management
* Strong leadership and management skills, experience in leading, managing and developing people
* Extremely organized
* Fantastic presentation skills
* Ability to manage projects in agile & waterfall environments
* Good knowledge of project budgeting and resource allocation procedures
* Ability to find innovative ways to resolve problems
* Ability to navigate in a global, large, and complex organization
* Strong ability to influence without authority
* Team player – puts own success below the success of the team
