The Role
We are seeking an experienced people leader to take responsibility for a team of 7 Sales & Key Account Managers across the North of England. This role is all about inspiring, developing, and leading—ensuring your team executes the wider business strategy, drives incremental growth, and strengthens customer relationships across key channels, including:
* Regional House Builders
* Main Contractors & Sub-Contractors
* Project Merchant Partners
* Social Housing Providers (HA’s / LA’s)
You’ll work closely with the Sales Director, turning strategy into action on the ground and ensuring delivery against ambitious growth plans. This is a hands-on leadership role where coaching, development, and high-performance culture are at the core.
