We are seeking a dedicated reliable, compassionate, professional Cleaner to join our team in North West Leicestershire. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our clients, contributing significantly to their comfort and well-being, supporting clients in Coalville, Markfield and the surrounding area

We support our clients with a range of home help services, including domestic cleaning
You will be allocated your own regular clients
Choose a working schedule that fits around your commitments, support clients who appreciate your help and enjoy as the relationship develops between you and the client.
So, if you are reliable, have integrity, honesty and the ability to work on your own then we'd love to hear from you
You must have your own transport and an up-to-date DBS check (although this can be carried out if you do not have one), and must be willing to travel within area.
It is an advantage if you have experience of domestic cleaning and working with the elderly
We do not offer personal care to our clients

Responsibilities
* Perform cleaning duties in clients' homes to ensure a tidy and hygienic environment.
* Assist with laundry and other household tasks as needed.
* Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs.
* Follow health and safety guidelines while performing cleaning duties.
* Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
* Uphold the values of Extra Help by treating clients with respect and dignity.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
* Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Knowledge of safe cleaning practices and equipment usage.
