Your new company A Global Bank is hiring an experienced regulatory reporting Business Analyst (Axiom) to assist with the development of international regulatory reporting modules within AxiomSL. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong regulatory reporting knowledge, strong Agile capability, and extensive Axiom experience who wants to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Location: London Hybrid : Yes Contract : Initial 6 months Rate : Up to £692/day inside IR35 via Umbrella Your new role and what you'll need to succeed Translate regulatory reporting requirements into clear user stories and collaborate with technology teams in an Agile environment to drive effective delivery. Reduce operational risk by leveraging digital tools (e.g., Alteryx, Power BI) to design automated solutions where system enhancements aren't available. Provide regulatory SME insight, challenge existing processes, and support documentation and control-automation initiatives across reporting teams. Deep expertise in EMEA regulatory and financial reporting (capital, liquidity, statistical & core reporting) with strong technical ruleset knowledge - including hands-on Axiom development and configuration experience. Proven delivery of regulatory change in Agile (Scrum) environments; analytical, detail-driven, and skilled in designing robust controls, solving complex problems, and influencing stakeholders. Strong communicator with a track record of driving process improvement, working autonomously, and building automation using Axiom, Alteryx, and Power BI.
