Building the Bridges Between Finance and the Business
Kilnbridge is evolving, and we're hiring a Commercial Finance Manager to strengthen the link between Finance, Commercial, and Operations as we scale.
Reporting directly to the CFO, this role will act as the bridge between teams, ensuring our reporting, forecasting, and financial planning facilitate better decisions at every level.
You’ll collaborate closely with MDs, the Commercial Director, the CEO, the COO, and project teams, delivering real-time insights into KPIs, cash flow, profitability, and more. It’s not just about reporting figures; it’s about helping the business understand what they signify and where to go next.
We’re looking for someone who is:
• A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA), minimum 3+ years PQE
• Strong in Excel and Power BI, and confident in presenting clear financial narratives
• Experienced in management accounts, KPI reporting, and financial control
• Commercially sharp, detail-focused, and proactive
• Collaborative, emotionally intelligent, and ready to grow into a future FC
This is a high-visibility role at a pivotal moment in our growth journey. You’ll be trusted to work flexibly, supported by a people-first CFO, and challenged to help build a more modern, connected finance function.
If you're ready to make a greater impact and help shape how finance supports a £200m+ construction and engineering group, we'd love to hear from you.
Apply now or get in touch in confidence to explore the opportunity.
