Lead in-depth qualitative and quantitative market research projects across the UK, Europe, North America, and the Middle East
Track industry trends, customer behaviour, and technological developments within fire safety, automotive, and environmental sectors.
Discover new commercial opportunities and evaluate the potential of new ideas.
Conduct field research and client visits to gather first-hand insights from users and partners.
Translate research findings into strategic recommendations that guide design and development.
Partner with sales, marketing, and design to develop data-backed business cases for new initiatives.
Analyse the success of recently launched products and adjust focus based on performance metrics.
Strong background in strategic and applied market research and product development, within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Proven ability to collect, interpret, and present data that drives commercial decision-making.
A deep understanding of how market insight connects to product design, innovation, and go-to-market planning.
Excellent analytical skills — confident working with complex data and identifying meaningful trends.
Strong project management skills, capable of leading multiple workstreams and coordinating across teams.
