We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Executive to join a growing and dynamic sales team. This role is key to ensuring smooth operations, supporting sales representatives, and helping to achieve commercial goals. It offers the chance to work in a fast-paced environment where your organisational and communication skills will directly contribute to the success of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales team, including proposals, contracts, and presentations.
Handle customer enquiries, provide product/service information, and resolve issues effectively.
Manage order processing, track shipments, and oversee accurate invoicing and payment collection.
Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure accuracy of customer and sales data.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to support business decisions.
Liaise with internal departments such as Marketing, Logistics, and Finance to support smooth sales operations.
About You
1–3 years’ experience in a Sales Support, Administration, or Customer Service role.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
A proactive problem-solver with strong attention to detail.
Team player with a collaborative mindset.
Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not essential).
