Role Overview

The Admin Officer will provide essential administrative support across the property development team, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication. You’ll coordinate documentation, manage schedules, and assist with reporting, while contributing to the success of high‑quality property projects.


Key Responsibilities

* Provide general administrative support to the property development team
* Coordinate and maintain project documentation, contracts, and records
* Schedule meetings, calls, and site visits
* Support internal and external communications with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders
* Maintain spreadsheets, reports, and databases to track project progress and budgets
* Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting materials
* Assist with ad hoc tasks and projects to ensure smooth business operations


Eligibility Requirements

* Proven experience in administrative or office support roles (property, construction, or professional services preferred)
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and other office systems
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently
