About the Role:
We are a fast-growing UK cleaning company dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in sourcing, engaging, and onboarding cleaning staff across the UK. You’ll collaborate with our operations team to keep candidate records accurate, manage communications, and ensure a smooth hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct brief phone interviews with potential candidates
* Maintain and update online candidate records
* Track data accurately using Excel
* Manage emails, calendars, and scheduling in Outlook
* Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team
* Answer calls and take detailed messages when required
Benefits & Compensation:
* Salary: R7,000 – R9,500 per month

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or administration
2. Excellent written and spoken English
3. Confident and professional over the phone
4. Proficient with Excel, Outlook, and data entry tools
