* Passion for researching and implementing new technologies, with proven experience in coding with a programming/scripting language (Java, Go, JavaScript, Python, Bash).
* Proven experience with IaC frameworks (Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi) and GitOps tools (ArgoCD, FluxCD).
* Strong Linux/UNIX skills and experience working with containerized environments (k8s, Docker) and related tools (kubectl, Helm, kustomize, docker‑compose).
* Experience with RDBMS or NoSQL databases, logging (ELK stack), monitoring (Prometheus), and tracing (OpenTelemetry, Jaeger).
* Knowledge of networking, security standards, and best practices; performance optimization and resource management expertise.
* Proven experience in mentoring/knowledge sharing, Agile methodologies, and diagnosing service‑affecting issues in a broadcast/live‑stream environment.
* Relevant certifications such as AWS or Google Cloud, and a proactive attitude.
