Deputy Manager
Up to £15.36 per hour
Edwinstowe
I am looking for a Deputy Care Manager to join a dedicated and highly professional team at a 49 bedded care and nursing home in Edwinstowe which boasts high class facilities and beautiful landscaped gardens.
In this role you will:
* Assist the Home Manager in the running of the home, which is rated as Good by CQC
* Ensure all residents are provided with the highest standards of care, and doing everything you can to develop, motivate, and improve the wellbeing of your team
* Ensure care plans for residents are completed within the timescales require by the company policy and ensure that all care plans are evaluated at least once a calendar month
* Ensure all team members are fully competent with medication and ensuring weekly audits are completed
For this fabulous role you must have:
* A relevant Professional qualification (Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent)
* A minimum of three years’ experience in residential / nursing home setting of which at least one year must be with people living with dementia
* An awareness of the principles of Person Centred Care Planning
