GP Practice Receptionist 35 Hours per Week

Monday to Friday Flexibility between 8am and 6pm

Here at Burntisland Medical Group in Fife were looking for an enthusiastic GP Practice Receptionist to join our busy, patientfocused team!
What youll do
1. Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism
2. Manage phone calls, appointments, and general enquiries
3. Support the clinical and admin teams to help the practice run smoothly
4. Use our clinical systems EMIS and Docman (full training provided)
What were looking for
5. A positive attitude and willingness to learn
6. Strong communication and customerservice skills
7. Ability to stay calm and organised in a fastpaced environment
8. Experience is advantageous but not essential we provide full training!
What we offer
9. 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
10. Flexible working pattern between 8am and 6pm
