Are you a seasoned engineering leader with a passion for developing people and driving innovation? We’re seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing team working on advanced transducer & acoustic technologies. While deep technical expertise in transducers is ideal, we welcome candidates from adjacent fields such as automotive speaker systems, acoustics, structural mechanics or electrical engineering who bring strong leadership and team development experience.
What You’ll Do
* Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
* Oversee technical projects in transducer design and development, ensuring alignment with performance, quality, and delivery goals.
* Partner with cross-functional teams (R&D, Product, Manufacturing) to translate customer needs into engineering solutions.
* Drive talent development, succession planning, and capability building within the team.
* Contribute to strategic planning and resource allocation to support long-term growth.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience managing engineering teams, ideally in acoustics, audio systems, or automotive speaker technologies.
* Strong people development skills: coaching, performance management, and team building.
* Solid understanding of mechanical/electrical engineering principles; transducer knowledge is a plus but not essential.
* Working knowledge of finite element simulation tools, typically for structural mechanics or acoustic applications
* Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
* A collaborative mindset and a passion for nurturing talent and driving innovation.
