Job Title : E-Commerce (MPX) and Special Project Coordinator

Hours:08:30 - 05:00 PM - 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday
Hybrid work model - 3 days in the office and 2 days from home
Salary:16.41 an hour = £32,000 per annum
Contract:Fixed Term Contract - 12 months (Maternity Cover)

Hewett Recruitment is delighted to be working in partnership with our client to recruit an E-Commerce and Special Project Coordinator on a 12-month maternity cover contract. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your project management and eCommerce skills whilst supporting their European operations.
The Role - E-Commerce (MPX) and Special Project Coordinator
This position will focus on supporting the Global eCommerce team with driving improvements and engagement, alongside coordinating well-defined projects across the business.
Key duties will include :
Supporting the Global eCommerce team with driving improvements and engagement within the European region
* Providing support to European IAM region customers as defined by business needs
* Coordinating and supporting well-defined projects using effective project management practices
* Identifying, tracking, and working collaboratively to resolve project issues
* Monitoring and communicating project status to project teams
* Assisting with project risk management using quality tools
* Providing research and analytical support for projects
* Contributing to the design and development of project plans and timelines
* Maintaining project notes, databases, and records
* Documenting and sharing team learnings to enhance project success
The Ideal Candidate - E-Commerce (MPX) and Special Project Coordinator
* Previous eCommerce experience
* Customer service experience
* Strong organisational and planning skills with ability to manage complexity
* Excellent communication skills across different audiences
* Experience managing project scope, schedules, and risks
* Advanced problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
* Resourceful approach with attention to detail
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment
