Role Overview
We are recruiting for a Senior Clinical Radiology Department Assistant who shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients.
The post is based at Lister Hospital, but the post holder will be expected to rotate to the New QEII Hospital and cover occasional shifts at Hertford County Hospital as required.
Responsibilities
* Prepare clinical areas for examinations and procedures.
* Support clinical staff during examinations and procedures.
* Support patients physically and emotionally.
* Perform administrative and reception tasks.
* Supervise, support and train other Clinical Radiology Department Assistants in the department.
* Provide cannulation training to support the CT and MRI services.
