Are you someone who believes that cooking is an art? Do you love engaging with customers and sharing your knowledge about kitchenware? If so, ProCook is looking for dedicated Sales Advisors to join our team!
Your Role:
As a Sales Advisor, you'll be front and center in delivering exceptional customer service while showcasing our extensive range of kitchen products. You will help our customers discover the joy of cooking with the right tools and products.
The role is a temporary position until June 2026 and is a full time position for 40 hours per week
What You’ll Do:
* Provide friendly and attentive customer service.
* Assist customers with their selections and share expert product knowledge.
* Process sales, handle cash and credit transactions, and manage returns.
* Maintain store displays and ensure the store is clean and organized.
* Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and enhance the customer shopping experience.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
* Welcome customers with a smile and engage them in conversation.
* Provide demonstrations of products and highlight their features and benefits.
* Keep track of inventory and assist in restocking shelves.
* Contribute ideas for promotional displays and merchandising.
* Support the team in various store operations and tasks as needed.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous retail experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
* A genuine passion for cooking and kitchen products.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
* A self-motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
