Connect Appointments is recruiting an Industrial Team Leader for a permanent, full-time position based in Grangemouth. Our client is an established industrial services business operating across multiple sites in Scotland.

* Permanent position, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm (early finish on Fridays)

As an Industrial Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:
* Leading and supervising a team while promoting a strong health and safety culture
* Overseeing industrial operations including chemical cleaning, tank cleaning, water jetting and environmental response
* Liaising with depot teams and site contacts, including audits, permits and worksafe observations
* Driving company vehicles including towing equipment and carrying out daily defect checks
* Supporting safe and efficient project delivery across multiple sites
The ideal Industrial Team Leader will have:
* Proven team leadership experience and a full UK driving licence
* Strong knowledge of working at height and in confined spaces
* Experience using high-pressure water jetting equipment
* Relevant certifications such as CCNSG, First Aid, MEWP 3a/3b and Forklift (preferred)
* Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
