We have a rare opportunity for an experienced registrant to join our Family Nurse Partnership in Fife as a Family Nurse Supervisor. The Family Nurse Partnership (FNP) is a specialist, evidence based early intervention programme offered to all eligible first time mothers aged 20 years or under, and care experienced aged 25 years or under, from early pregnancy until the first child turns two. The post requirements are: • First level registered nurse or midwife with current NMC registration and awarded a degree at the time of applying for the post. • Having already completed and consolidated the 18 month mandatory core FNP education. • Evidence of FNP continuous professional development. • Masters level education or able to evidence and demonstrate clinical practice at masters level. • Experience in facilitating practice supervision • Have an understanding and extensive practice experience of working with families in the community and knowledge of national and local polices in place to protect children. • A working knowledge of Getting It Right For Every Child and legislation relating to children and young people are essential. Please Note: The successful candidate will be required to attend mandatory FNP Supervisor Education, some of which may be residential, commencing in August 2025.
