The Marketing Transformation Team is a strategic group specializing in strategy & consulting, marketing technology, and content strategy. We lead in AI-enabled solutions, working closely with clients to enable content creation and delivery at scale.
What does an AI Content Manager do at Hogarth?
The AI Content Manager focuses on developing and executing AI content strategies aligned with Hogarth’s AI-driven approach. They craft content plans, analyze audiences, and optimize content across digital platforms.
This is not a creative role but requires a deep understanding of content creation, channel best practices, and digital trends. The Content Strategist collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with business goals and resonates with audiences. They analyze performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and make data-driven recommendations.
The role also involves maintaining brand consistency, developing content guidelines, ensuring quality standards, streamlining workflows, leveraging AI tools for optimization, and growing Hogarth’s content capabilities.
Responsibilities
1. Develop AI-powered content strategies to transform content creation approaches.
2. Identify emerging generative AI trends affecting content production and distribution.
3. Integrate advanced AI content solutions across organizational workflows.
4. Establish guidelines for ethical and effective AI content generation.
5. Implement quality assurance for AI-generated content.
6. Provide training on generative AI tools and techniques.
7. Recommend innovative AI platforms to streamline content production.
8. Design metrics to track AI’s impact on content performance.
9. Monitor ethical considerations and biases in AI content development.
Reporting lines and key stakeholders
This role reports to the Head of Content Consulting. You will collaborate with Business Consulting, Martech, and Production teams. The Head of Content Consulting reports to the Global Head of Marketing Transformation, overseeing AI-driven production capabilities and innovations.
