What You’ll Be Doing
As a Community Care Worker, you’ll be supporting people during weekends, often when they need it most.
* Supporting with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
* Helping clients start their day or settle in for the evening
* Assisting with safe movement and mobility
* Preparing light meals and drinks
* Providing companionship, sometimes a chat is everything
* Supporting independence and daily routines
* Assisting with medication
* Completing short care notes after each visit
No two visits are the same, but every single one matters.
Pay & Benefits
We value our team properly, especially those giving up their weekends:
* £15.20 per hour
* 40p per mile mileage allowance
* Enhanced Bank Holiday pay
* Double pay on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day
* Fully paid training and induction (no experience needed)
* Ongoing support from a genuinely supportive team
* Funded NVQ Levels 2, 3 and 4 in Health and Social Care

What We’re Looking For
* Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle
* Right to work in the UK
* No experience required, we’ll train you

* Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday)

Across Swindon and surrounding areas, including: Wroughton, Royal Wootton Bassett, Highworth, Purton, Cricklade, Chiseldon and nearby villages.
