PERMANENT ROLE- JUST IN We are looking for a Team Leader Operations Stores to join our client's dynamic team in Worcester. You will oversee our Stores Operation team and play a key role in leading and developing your team.
This is a permanent position in a state of the art warehouse/production facility.
Fast paced where teamwork and efficiency are paramount Key Responsibilities: Lead and support the stores/warehouse team to meet safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets.
Manage daily operations including staffing, training, materials availability, and system accuracy (IFS). Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, quality standards, and company procedures.
Drive performance, continuous improvement, and effective resource management.
Coordinate with internal teams and support audits and cross-site operations as required.
Minimum Requirements: NEBBS / NVQ Level 3 or Equivalent.
Computer literate and confident using warehouse systems Working towards or have ILM level 3 Minimum 2 years' experience managing/leading a team of 15 people Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop others.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
A proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
Able to work at heights and be trained to use 2 FLT trucks Shifts & Pay: 0700-1930 Week 1- Thursday-Saturday Week 2- Monday to Wednesday, then seven days off. £28,763 pa (plus an FLT allowance of £1.03 once two licences passed) Benefits include: 25 days pro rata and 8 b/H pro rata Competitive Salary & Pension A supportive and inclusive working environment Opportunities to develop new skills and progress within the business Service and Recognition awards.
