As a qualified Registered Nurse, you will ensure people with Neurological conditions receive high-quality care while also supporting your colleagues and promoting good teamwork. The wards are busy, with plenty to keep you engaged and motivated, and a good amount of routine and variety. Your day-to-day will include:
1. Providing high-quality, effective and compassionate nursing care to service users.
2. Being responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
3. Providing mentorship and support to team members.
4. Observing, recording, and reporting all service user changes, and maintaining accurate records of care provided.
Minimum Requirements:
1. A relevant nursing qualification.
2. NMC registration.
3. Strong team-working skills.
4. A high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach.
5. A positive attitude and a naturally caring and compassionate demeanor.
