Main duties of the job
JOB OVERVIEW
We welcome applications from experienced GPs as well as those recently qualified.
As a Salaried GP, you will be required to work as an autonomous practitioner, responsible for the provision of medical services to the practice population, delivering an excellent standard of clinical care whilst complying with the GMS contract.
You will be expected to share on-call duties, and to carry out necessary paperwork including results, docman, EPS, medical reports, tasks. Additionally, our admin GP will provide support and help manage some of the admin workload for you.
Furthermore, the post-holder will adhere to the GMC standards for good medical practice, contributing to the effective management of the practice, leading by example, maintaining a positive, collaborative working relationship with the multidisciplinary team.
Job responsibilities
Provide medical services to practice patients as an autonomous practitioner.
Deliver a high standard of clinical care in line with the GMS contract.
Share on‑call duties and complete necessary paperwork (results, docman, EPS, medical reports, tasks).
Collaborate with the administrative GP to manage some admin workload.
Adhere to GMC standards for good medical practice and maintain a caring, professional environment.
