Our Mission
Own the client journey from first enquiry to booked move — surveys, quotes and sales that drive growth for Move Brothers.
You'll be the face of the brand in the field, turning prospects into customers through trust, professionalism, and sharp sales execution. Working closely with our Director and operations team, you'll deliver a seamless process that makes clients feel confident they've chosen the best.
Day to Day
* Be the first point of contact for new enquiries, respond fast and set the right impression.
* Conduct in-person surveys at homes and businesses, assessing volume, logistics, and special requirements.
* Deliver clear, professional quotes that inspire confidence and win trust.
* Convert prospects into confirmed bookings, closing sales is at the heart of this role.
* Communicate with our operations team to ensure every move runs seamlessly.
* Represent Move Brothers with professionalism, confidence and attitude in every interaction.
The Ideal Candidate
* You're a natural closer — confident, persuasive and motivated by turning enquiries into booked moves.
* You thrive in client-facing roles and know how to read situations, build trust, and leave a lasting impression.
* You're organised, proactive, and reliable — punctuality and follow-through are essential.
* You can balance precision with speed — assessing volume, logistics, and special requirements efficiently.
* You have sales experience (preferred), but your mindset and attitude matter more than past industry experience.
* You hold a full UK driving licence and are comfortable travelling to client sites regularly.
What Success Looks Like
* Within 6–12 months, you'll have converted enquiries into high-value booked moves consistently, built strong client relationships and contributed to the reputation of Move Brothers as a premium, first-class moving service.
* You'll be a key driver in growing our client base, turning every survey into a professional, seamless and high-value experience.
Location
* Glasgow, G3 7QL – We are an in-person-first culture. You'll be meeting clients, surveying moves and representing Move Brothers on the ground.
* Flexible travel within the region is required to meet clients and conduct surveys.
