We're looking for an enthusiastic estate agent to join and develop with a young forward thinking independent Estate Agent. Oakwood Estates are expanding on existing talents and are now searching for an experienced Sales Representative to take up the position of Sales Negotiator.
Oakwood Estates are the fastest growing estate agency in the local area. Set up in 2008 this dynamic company have grown to 9 leading branches. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fresh and progressive company with high reaching ambitions.
The ideal candidate will have the necessary attributes to be a champion of Residential Property Sales and in particular negotiations. You should have previous experience in Estate Agency and must genuinely like dealing with people in a business context and believe passionately in delivering a superior customer service. You will need drive and determination to succeed in winning business and creating opportunity.
Key Objectives
* Generate potential valuation appointments
* Conducting viewings and drawing offers
* Engineering the touting system
* Listing and selling properties together with ancillary services
* Follow-up business leads
* Achieve minimum levels of business targets

Hours
* Monday to Thursday – 9am to 6pm
* Fridays – 9am to 5pm
* 1 out of 2 Saturdays from 9:00am to 4:00pm (with a day off in lieu)
* 28 days paid holiday in each year inclusive to the normal 8 bank and statutory holidays
