Full-time hours available,40 hours per week over5 dayswith typical shifts of 8.30am-5.30pm Monday to Friday
Please note that as part of your role,you’llbe the Registered Manager for this practice.
About you

Ahealthcare, retail, hospitality, or similarservice-focused background-experience managing a dental practiceorstrong leadership experience as aleaddentalnurseisan added bonus,but not essential
Leading and supporting colleagues to perform at their best
Confident working with financials(P&L, KPIs, budgets)
Focused ondelivering operational excellence: fromfully-functioningequipment and facilities, toa compliant, process-driven practice team
